- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Unprofessional. Very unsatisfied with my experience. I got in an accident that was not my fault. I called Paul and he instructed me to not file a claim for a few reasons. He said if I waited for the police report I could go after the at faults insurance and avoid a claim, my rates could possibly go up if I filed a claim, etc. However after two days I found out the police report would not be ready for a week. AKA I would have to wait a week for my rental reimbursement which I PAY FOR!!!. If the accident is not my fault it is All State's responsibility to get the money back, not mine to go a week without a car. Obviously I chose not to listen and I filed a claim so I could have a rental car. Furthermore, Paul told me because I didn't listen to him my rates would possibly go up. Once I called All State directly they were very helpful and reassuring. Paul was antagonistic and anxiety provoking. All state got my car fixed, went after the at fault parties insurance, and handled everything well. I wish I had just not called Paul in the first place. He also made me go pick up the police report which was in a town an hour away. He could have put an envelope in the mail to get the report but said it would be an inconvenience for him and it would delay the process further. Finally after I was insistent he made the courageous effort to put an envelope in the mail. Very poor customer service. Awful awful awful. Stay away.By Justin Root, April 17, 2017

I couldn't reach the original agency in the same area for a client , called the Cullen agency by chance , and what a great service, I'm speechless. Keep up the good work .thank you P.S .
