- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★i live here. It took 2 years to get in but well worth the wait. If i have a maintanance problem, i just go to the office and maintenance is here within 48 hours and they fix it the first time. As soon as it stops snowing, they are here with snow blowers & shovels. And once a year, they have maintenance come in & check everything to make sure that it's all working.By A Google User, November 23, 2016
